About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer queries related to existing and new services through chat and voice support. You will act as the first point of contact for international customers, ensuring quick resolution, clear communication, and a positive customer experience. Upselling relevant services is also a key part of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and chats for international clients
- Resolve service-related queries accurately and within defined timelines
- Promote and upsell company services to existing and potential customers
- Update customer information correctly in internal systems
- Take complete ownership of customer issues until resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams when first-level resolution is not possible
- Communicate clearly in simple English to ensure customer understanding
