About the Role
The OTC Process Associate / Process Developer role involves managing critical activities within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. The position requires strong attention to detail, financial understanding, and the ability to work with customer invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Candidates will support business continuity by ensuring financial data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables with high accuracy
- Create and process customer invoices within defined timelines
- Enter invoice data accurately into financial systems
- Investigate and resolve invoice-related disputes professionally
- Apply customer payments correctly against open invoices
- Reconcile cash receipts with bank statements and customer accounts
- Prepare journal entries and clear open items after reconciliation
- Follow internal controls and compliance standards consistently.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Knowledge of journal entries and reconciliation processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
