Role Overview: Transportation Specialist

A Transportation Specialist is responsible for managing communication and resolving issues between multiple stakeholders such as carriers, vendors, warehouses, and drivers. The role is divided into two main functions:

1. Inbound Operations (IB)

  • Handles coordination between vendors, carriers, and Amazon sites
