Candidates must bring the following original documents along with two sets of photocopies, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer:
- Domicile Certificate
- 20 coloured passport-size photographs (computer printouts will not be accepted)
- Original mark sheets of educational qualifications
- Photocopies of PAN Card and Aadhaar Card
- Character Certificate (signed only by the Sarpanch, SHO, or School Principal)
- Caste Certificate
- Unmarried Certificate (issued by Sarpanch/MC for unmarried candidates, and by Tehsildar/District Magistrate for married candidates)
