Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst/Associate Analyst, you will support multiple teams and contribute to essential business functions:

Financial & Operational Support

• Manage Time & Expense (T&E) processes
• Assist in billing and accounts receivable activities
• Perform reconciliations and reporting tasks

Analysis & Project Support

• Support financial reporting and analysis
• Assist in project accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Contribute to vendor management and contract-related processes

Compliance & Process Management

• Ensure adherence to procurement, compliance, and contractual requirements
• Maintain accuracy and quality through self-review checks

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with internal teams across different service areas
• Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality outputs

Innovation & Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation
• Contribute to data-driven insights and reporting improvements

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• MBA/PGDM (Finance/Accounting) – 2025 graduates (0–1 year experience)
• B.Com/BBA – 2024–2025 graduates (0–2 years experience)

Academic Requirements

• Minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA
• No active backlogs at the time of application

Preferred Experience

• Internships or academic projects in accounting, financial analysis, or reporting

Skills & Competencies

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

• Strong understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
