Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving service quality. Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting new hire training (NHT) and refresher sessions
  • Monitoring and auditing calls and cases for quality assurance
  • Providing feedback and improvement plans to team members
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Preparing reports on training and quality performance
  • Handling customer escalations effectively
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Ensuring adherence to client-defined process flows

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Experience in international voice process (IB/OB)

Shift Timings

India (Night Shift):

  • 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
  • 8:00 PM – 5:15 AM IST

Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts aligned with US operations.
